For almost 90 years, TEXAS TYPE has been offering quality products to the graphic arts industry.  TEXAS TYPE was founded in Temple, Texas in 1912 and then moved to San Antonio in  1936.  We are now the oldest locally managed full-line dealership for printing supplies and equipment in Central Texas.  During that time, we have seen extensive changes in the products used for printing.  TEXAS TYPE has developed a number of specialized services that distinguish us in  inventory  support  for our  customers.

TEXAS TYPE services commercial and in-plant print shops, newspapers, ad agencies, color separation agencies, binderies, churches, schools and government agencies throughout Central and South Texas.  Also, Mexico and the maquiladora plants are covered by our bilingual sales personnel.

Sales personnel regularly visit our customers throughout the Company's vast marketing area.  Our experienced and bilingual customer service personnel handle phones and counter sales. Parts are provided for most makes and models of prepress, pressroom and bindery equipment.  Service is available for all of the equipment we sell and service is also available for our customers in Mexico.

TEXAS TYPE  utilizes an Inventory Control System based on the designs of  Gordon  Graham,  who is the foremost authority on on-time delivery and replenishment of distributor stock. to better maintain control of must have customer requirements.
